To request records

Send an email to [email protected]. Email must:

• Be from an email address on file as a student's parent/guardian
• Include child's full name
• If not a current student, last school year of attendance
• Specify which records are being requested
• Email address or fax number that records are to be sent to

To request high school transcripts

For requests of official transcripts to another high school due to transfer:

• Email your request to [email protected]
• Include an email address or fax number for the transcript to be sent to
• Official transcripts will NOT be emailed to personal email addresses (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), a student, or a parent/guardian

For requests for official transcripts to be emailed or faxed directly to a institution or organization:

• Email your request to [email protected]
• Include the email or fax number that the transcripts are to be sent to.
• Email address must be of the institution or organization's domain. Official transcripts will NOT be emailed to personal email addresses (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), a student, or a parent/guardian

For requests for official transcripts to be uploaded to an institution or organization's website:

• ​Email your request to [email protected]
• Include the necessary instructions for transcript uploading

Please request transcripts at Parchment www.parchment.com for all other reasons including:

• Requests for official transcripts to be mailed for reasons other than transferring to another high school. For example, college applications/admissions or scholarship applications​
• Requests in which official transcripts must be sent to a student or parent/guardian
• Unofficial self-views
